We only process personal data that you voluntarily provide — for example when you request a quote, send a contact message or write to us by email. This may include your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
This website does not use cookies, does not collect browsing data, does not integrate analytics tools and does not share any information with social networks or advertising platforms.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed exclusively to:
- respond to enquiries, quotes and commercial contacts;
- manage the contractual relationship with clients and suppliers;
- comply with legal and tax obligations.
The legal basis is the data subject's consent, the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures and compliance with legal obligations, under Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the periods required by law (in particular ten years for tax and accounting purposes, under the Portuguese Commercial Code and VAT Code).
